Comment: I these guys.First I have been using this location for about 10 years. I know that the construction and traffic make it awful to get to but the customer service is worth it.Second I had to rent a trailer to haul water damaged items to the dump. But about 2 hours later found out that I would not be needing it. So I returned it and was told that I would be be charged for the day. Which I was okay with, but when I checked my account and few days later I found a big surprise. The had refunded all my money and only charged me for the two hours I had the trailer for. Amazing!Third when I told them why I need the trailer they told me to grab a few boxes for all the stuff that needed new boxes. Free of charge. Who does that. It wasnt even for their storage unit. They really care about people.Thank you so much guys! I will be using yall for the next 20 years. Lets hope the construction is done before then. 😃

Comment: This location is great and the staff is very professional. Go straight to the source and do not call their main line for all U-Hauls. I first called them from online to make sure the truck was available. The call center rep who answered would only give me info if I first gave them my name, phone number and address. Then, when I asked if it was available at this location, they told me only with my CC info would they be able to tell me. I hung up and called this location directly and went in to rent the truck. If online rental is available, so should the info when we call the main line. Go straight to this location. You wont be sorry. They will take care of you!

Comment: We’ve used this U-Haul location about 7-8 times in the last 3 years. Not only are they always reliable about having our specific trunk rental needs, but also with any extra ancillaries like moving dollies, pads, etc. Several rental places we’ve used in the past always seemed to have an excuse on pick up day why they couldn’t fulfill our rental needs even through we requested them at the time of making the online reservation & receiving a confirmation (like always not having enough dollies, having the wrong size truck rental etc.). What I’m impressed about the most at this location is their courteous & professional employees. They deliver quality customer service. One employee named Juan went above & beyond delivering excellent customer service. He was happy to help us & accommodated our needs with changes to our same day reservation. We live in Frisco & have multiple U-Haul & Other Rental facilities much closer to us than this Prosper location; but because we’ve always had great service at this location, we continue to use them exclusively. The return process was also super easy. I drove up and a friendly staff member greeted me right away. He let me know a receipt would be emailed and I was good to go. I was very frustrated when I arrived, but the employee who helped me, Cody, was incredibly helpful and kind. I appreciated how much he helped me in getting on the road quickly and that he checked on me when I brought the truck back. Definitely had a good experience here!

Comment: This location has hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever comes across. Rented a motorcycle trailer on one occasion and returned for a Tow Hitch installation. Brian Hawkins, the GM / Store Manager was super helpful and even provided me with a ride home so I didn’t need to wait on the install. (I came in the middle of the week and needed to get back to work at home). He was considerate, courteous and made the entire process enjoyable. I’d highly recommend Brian and his team. Comment: I came in to pick up a vehicle transport unit. I was greeted and taken care of promptly, which was great as I was on a schedule.I soon found out I had the unfortunate luck to have had faulty wiring to my truck receiver. You know how they say; there is always a silver lining?Well, this metaphor came to mind when I thought my day/trip was ruined and the staff at this location exceeded the call of duty to make sure I was soon road bound.I had the pleasure to meet Brian (Manager). Between him, Derek and Daniel, they diagnosed and repaired the faulty wiring.This sounds easier said than done, trust me. That is the reason for my comment above. They really did go above and beyond!I know most people wouldve given up on the issue; blamed it on the factory or user, washed their hands and walk away.But not these guys! Blood, sweat and tears went in to making sure I was on the road ASAP!I was extremely impressed with the fact that Brian (Manager) was physically on the ground and under the hood just like Derek and Daniel to make sure all was 100%.He was able to delegate and keep the store running all while under my truck helping the guys get the issue resolved.I would highly U-Haul and this location in general due to this experience.My most sincere gratitude goes out to Brian and his team for their stellar service!

Comment: Please check your receipts!!! Im glad I did!!! Yesterday I signed the contract with $39.95 per day rental and $14 for SafeMove coverage. I returned it ahead of time with more gas then I took it with. Today I received a receipt of $79.90 and $28 because they charged for two days. The customer service says ahh they charged you for two days but it requires manager approval to reverse the charges.Chris Arning called and notified the next day that he had refunded me the amount over charged! Thank you!

Comment: By far the best location Ive ever dealt with. Brad was awesome, and their staff are top notch. Ive rented at least 4 items from this location alone and had two units there. I will say the only hiccup I had was not having late night access to the units; you have to request it. Even then they were pleasant and apologized for any delays it may have caused.

Comment: I recently moved into Prosper, TX and needed to rent a trailer to pickup quite a few large items from Home Depot. The staff was friendly, fast, knowledgeable and accommodating. If you started a stopwatch from the time I pulled into the lot, I was leaving pulling a trailer in just 15 minutes and that included selecting and purchasing a ball mount for the receiver that was already installed on my Wrangler.

Comment: I have rented two trucks and have had a hitch installed on my SUV. Love this place. I have a young child, so they hurried, so he wouldnt have to wait to long. Very nice people. I am about to rent another truck to haul something. There is a Uhaul now much closer, but I dont want to risk not getting great customer service, so I will pay the extra mileage.
