The team showed up early and started the clock on the hour. They made quick work of our furniture and met us at the house. We had a few heavy bedroom pieces that unfortunately needed to go upstairs, but our guys were troopers! They got everything into the house quickly enough to where we had time to go back to our apartment in the city, do a deep clean, and turn in our keys before the day was over! Comment: We had a fantastic experience. Oscar, Steven, Santiago, and Diego showed up on time, ready and enthusiastic. They were very careful with our belongings and home and always made sure we were satisfied thought the whole process, cleaning up along the way. They worked tirelessly in the houston summer heat until the job was done. They even brought a bbq grill from our 4th floor terrace without a single scratch to the house. They didnt take breaks, but just a few minutes at lunch the entire 8+ hours they were here. Theyre highly organized and efficient. Not one piece of our furniture or belongings was damaged or lost. Comment: Mike and his team did an AMAZING job moving my furniture, especially my late grandmothers precious china cabinet and dining table to my new home. They had to navigate tight corners up the stairs and they successfully got the furniture up to the second floor. The team did a very careful job of wrapping everything to make sure nothing was damaged. They were super professional, very nice and worked hard during the whole time. I was worried at first about the China cabinet being moved upstairs, but Mike and the team said Oh thats easy...and they made it happen! I would highly recommend Mike and his team. Im definitely going to hire him again in the future. Ask for Mike when you book with H-town movers. Five stars for sure!!

Difficult move made so much easier by a great team of packers and movers.  Pleasant, professional, and hard working from start to finish. The Team Leader did not seem comfortable speaking English but that certainly didnt slow him down. And, during delivery, he knew exactly which room each piece of furniture came from. Incredibly helpful since there was a lot of furniture, it was not my furniture, and my brother was not there to help. I highly recommend H-Town Movers, especially this 5* team.

Comment: I moved from a third story apartment (no elevator!) and Miguel & his team completed the entire move within two hours. Miguel & his crew (3 men total) got right to work and had the entire place cleared out right away within an hour. They were careful, professional, organized, and incredibly efficient. Once we arrived to the new home they made sure the boxes were placed in their correct rooms & that the boxes weren’t stacked too high! Comment: Alex and his team from H-Town movers really saved the day! I went to Houston on a Wednesday night to meet my movers that were from town moving to on Thursday - they blew a rod on way on Wednesday and notified me less than 45 minutes until their arrival that they would not be able to get to me before 7pm that night meaning wed be unloading close to midnight...uh, NO. So I looked up local movers and at the top of the list based on reviews was H-Town Movers. I thought Id have to drive back down on a future date but they were able to be there the next morning. Arrived 10 minutes early, worked so fast I was out of breath keeping up. They were polite, efficient, QUICK, and so accommodating. Our end location required items moved from a barn, a garage and another home next door to final destination. They did it all without a moments pause. AND - heres the kicker...they saved me $600 over my original movers estimate! What a happy accident in my favor! Thanks Alex and your team for doing such a great job! Thanks H-Town for completing a complicated move for me! I will use you again for the second leg of this move.

Comment: The best movers Ive had in a long time!!! As soon as a they came they looked at my stuff and let me know how much time it would take then got to work. I will say that they were very careful with my wall mirrors (I have a lot of them) and took care of packing all of the small things that I didnt have time to pack. They also packed my shoe boxes in my closet that I was going to move the next day. I mean they took care of everything then finished earlier than they estimated. I would definitely recommend Manuel and his guys if you are moving and you dont have to worry about them being lazy and combative. I am totally happy with the whole process!!!!

He explained the process and answered all of my questions. He even followed up with me and that definitely was a plus for me. This company had the best prices and I was convinced to pick H-town Movers.On move in day, I was contacted by Alex. He was definitely an outgoing guy and very conversational. We had hired a different company for our move, long story short they canceled on us 2 hours after the scheduled time, and we needed to move out that same day. Our closing kept getting delayed on the new house and i had to reschedule two or three different times with H-Town and they were very accommodating and flexible which made one less thing to worry about! They took such great care with every item and our stair way walls were untouched even after all the large furniture pieces were moved between three floors in both the old house and three floors in the new house! Comment: These guys from H-Town Movers (Douglas and 3 crew members) did a fantastic job moving us from Downtown Houston out to Katy, Texas. I chose them because I had seen them moving one of our neighbors just weeks before. I liked how they were handling our neighbors move. They were on time and we had quite a bit of furniture and household goods to move. They did everything professionally and timely. There was another moving company at our complex moving a different tenant at the exact same time, so it took a little longer than expected to move with just one elevator and flight of stairs. H-Town movers treated every object we packed and they moved with care. Not one piece got broken and not one wall chipped or nicked. They put together all our household good in their truck as if they were playing Tetris. Everything fit! They may not be the cheapest movers, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. We noticed how the other movers were handling our neighbors goods and the wife and I were happy we had the movers we had. We got our moneys worth and it showed with their professionalism during our 8 hours from beginning to end move. I highly recommend this great company for your moving needs! Comment: There is always a concern with hourly services that they will move at a snails pace to maximize the number of hours paid...but rest assured, that is NOT the case with H-Town Movers.The guys working on my move busted their tails from the minute they arrived (on time), to the minute they placed the last box down. They cleared out a jammed packed 10x30 storage unit, picked up furniture from an additional unit and a house, and unloaded it all in 5 hours.They also did a great job of making sure my bigger furniture pieces were wrapped, paintings, and big pictures were wrapped and stored in an open box that they had on the truck.Overall they did a great job, did it quickly, efficiently, and did a great job of communicating with me before, during, and after.I have another move in a month and will definitely be using H-Town Movers again.

Comment: I moved from the Heights to Sugar Land last week and am very happy with H-Town Movers!Initially Eric and his colleague were slightly delayed, but he called me immediately and provided an exact ETA. When they arrived, they were very professional and super careful with items that I had marked as fragile. The entire door to door move (including a 40 min drive) took exactly 3 hours. As context, I was in a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment and only had bedroom furniture. The key to a speedy move is having everything boxed and consolidated in one area so the team can quickly load the truck.Overall, I am very happy with the move. As a matter of fact, I’m moving again this fall and plan to go through H-Town Movers again. Comment: I booked with H Town movers based off of the great reviews I read across many platforms. Normally I am skeptical of any company that has such a high level of 5 star reviews, but H Town delivered. Booking was an easy process, and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely informative and wanted to make sure I had every bit of info I needed. Come move day, the movers (Alex, and I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name) arrived within the specified window, assessed my apartment and went right to work. Excellent work ethic and attention to detail. Everything was wrapped properly and with care, total move from my 1BR apartment to a storage unit took 3 hours. I was extremely impressed with the promptness of their work, and how friendly they were. Everything arrived at my storage unit in excellent condition, and they quickly unloaded the truck and placed everything in the unit with care. I absolutely recommend H Town movers, great value and amazing service.

Replied fast for my inquiry here at Yelp. Reservation went smoothly too and I got accommodated for a next-day schedule. The lady who did the reservation is very thorough with all the details as to time, price per hour and its excess, and the addresses of both origin and destination. Movers Eric and John did a really good job on the scheduled moving day. They arrived on agreed time and Eric reviewed the details with me again. Of note, they’re very cautious in handling your belongings and they well knew how to take extra care of the appliances and the furnitures. Comment: We moved from a two bedroom apartment on the third story to a two story house. We have a lot of stuff and several display cases that are all glass and very heavy. Eric, Tony and John did a fantastic job. They wrapped/padded all the furniture very well and the result was no damage to our belongings. We didnt estimate the amount of stuff well but they did a great job of making everything fit in the truck. They were good about putting everything where we wanted at the new location and assembled everything we needed. The manager, Mike, checked in during the move as well as later that night to make sure everything had gone as planned. Great experience for a good price. If we ever need to move in town again, we would definitely use H Town Movers again!

Comment: The best! They were on time, warm personalities, quick, and took good care of our furniture. We moved from a 3rd floor apartment. I cant believe how fast they were; they are about their business! The first moving company I called (VIP relocators) were 5 hours late. We cancelled; you will not be able to reach anyone! They pretty much got away with our $50 deposit. That was on a Saturday. We called H-Town Movers Houston Saturday evening and they got us scheduled for Sunday Morning! That was such a blessing because all our furniture was disassembled and we have a small kid and a baby. It was hard. But we were so grateful they came through for us! You will not be disappointed...

Comment: I contacted H-Town movers on Monday for a 3-part move which would take several hours. On the day of the move I was contacted by Michael and Felix letting me know exactly what time they would arrive (which was on time). They were absolutely GREAT! They moved all my items from a high rise apartment, including taking apart furniture, wrapping furniture, etc... Then moved all my items to my 2-story home 45 min away. While they were there they put all the furniture back together and moved other items to a different location that again was about an hour away. They were absolutely the BEST workers I’ve ever worked with and will be requesting them when my kids have an upcoming move. I highly recommend this company as I’ve used them several times in the past but have to give Michael and Felix high praise for all the hard work they put in today!🙏🏼❤️

While I dont want to move again any time soon (because moving sucks in general), this was my second time to use H Town, and I wouldnt hesitate to use H Town Movers again (and would request Michael if possible). Comment: H-Town Movers were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I received a quote online and booked a time quickly. I received reminder emails up until the day of that contained all of my move information; it let me know they were prepared. They showed up within their arrival window and gave me a call. From there on they quickly packed my stuff into the truck and went to the next place where they efficiently unpacked it all. It only took 3 hours from start to finish, and I had 7+ big furniture items plus boxes for them to move. The whole time they were nice, courteous, and worked hard. I had absolutely no problems with them and will be hiring them for my next move in Houston.
