Comment: Aside from the climate control being AMAZING while moving in this TX heat…I love that even though access is granted through the entrance, you can’t get to a specific storage through the elevator without the code. The safety of my families items in this storage facility is my biggest concern and I’m not worried about anything bad happening to anything. Highly recommend this place!!!

Comment: Just finished renting a unit from ExtraSpace Storage and had a great experience. Our agent, Vic, was extremely thorough in explaining how the process works. He also provided a tour of the units so we could get a feel for the space. Access for movers is easy and two large freight elevators are available. Excellent climate control inside the units with no “musty” odor. All common areas extremely clean and well kept. Security access (key pads, etc) were also top notch and in excellent condition.Given how much care is provided to the property, I know my few things that need storage will be safe and well kept at ExtraSpace Storage. Oh - and monthly rate was very competitive with no “gotcha” gimmicks requiring extended rental agreements. 15 day notice is all that is needed and they will prorate the exit. Don’t think twice, get your extra space here!

Her professional mannerisms and knowledge of the the facility was superb! Then along came her trainee, Monica...She trained Monica up to be just as great as she is. Monica, also exhibits professionalism and great customer service etiquette. I truly appreciate, the team you have set up here at this location. We moved from one side of Houston to another, so we walked into the Park Row location looking to transfer our property from one Extra Space Location to another, and Monica who was our first person of contact, was welcoming, very professional, and kind.We could tell she was quite busy, but she didnt hesitate to stop what she was doing to attend to our needs and concerns. She was attentive and answered all our questions in detail. She took us to see the unit that we had inquired about, and we were both impressed with the cleanliness of not only the unit, but the facility as a whole.It put us at ease to know that our property would be safe from weather related issues and hopefully unwanted bugs. I am a big believer that you can never have too many cameras these days especially in an establishment such as this. Staff is always very attentive and friendly. Remembers Who You Are. Places always clean. Elevators always work. Always smells clean. Only downfall Ive ever had is upon arriving one time there were no carts because someone had taken all of them to their storage unit and was using all of them but I notified the staff who immediately went and told them that they needed to free up a couple because not only myself but there were other people that needed them . They could definitely use a few more cards. Would highly recommend

The facility is spotlessly clean throughout. The parking lot, the office, the hallways, and the storage units are all spotlessly clean. And the management is superb. When I called today Ashley was very kind and helpful and professional and caring and she reserved for me a 5x10 unit at a price that was far lower than I expected - and she told me the facility manger would be calling me in a few minutes. And in a few minutes the facility manager Matthew Dodds, called me - and what a gentleman he is. He greeted me very kindly and with such consideration - and he offered me an 8x10 unit at a yet lower price! What care and consideration! What love and compassion for me! This unit will be a long term rental for me - I will be storing my childrens art work and their stuffed animals and other such precious items of great sentimental value and importance in this magnificent facility. I could not possibly be more pleased. And I am deeply and humbly thankful and grateful to Matthew Dodds for his great kindness and care and compassion and love for me in extending to me a 8x10 unit at a yet lower cost than the 5x10 unit for which I had originally asked. The extra space in my Extra Space unit will make everything much easier for me!
