Comment: Polite, hardworking movers that took a personal interest in safely moving my belongings and aware of minimizing my costs. My fiancee also moved her belongings, but used a nationally based name mover. We both did suffer some damage to our items, but that is not unusual. Trinity was proactive and worked with me and completely satisfied me with making sure that all was well with my property. My fiancee? Not so good. So I would recommend Trinity. The owner, Kevin Joshua, is a good, honest, and fair man who stands behind his business and is proud to offer the best possible service!

Comment: Working with Trinity Movers was a great experience for our move from Michigan to San Antonio TX! Communication was great right from the start. The entire team we interacted with was very professional and competent. The night before the move, the team leader contacted us to confirm the details. They arrived exactly on time and did everything they promised to. We were impressed that we could track our dedicated truck in real time through the whole process. They were flexible enough to accommodate our schedule and even came out on a Sunday to unload our stuff. A special shout-out to Kevin and EJ for a job well done - thank you! Comment: Great service from this weeks move! Who knew moving could be so easy? When I was looking for recommendations on a moving company, about 90% of the comments were for Trinity Movers. Well, I now see what all the hype was about. Kevin really cares about getting your moneys worth and is transparent about every piece of your move and its costs. He was responsive, and his team was prompt. I had the pleasure of having Isaiah, Andrew, Josiah and Chris and let me just say those guys did an awesome job!!! The whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish and I could not be more thankful to them for making this move such a breeze.

Comment: If you need to hire a moving company, this is the only one I can confidently recommend!We were moving ~1800 miles with a lot of fragile and heavy items. Moving always makes me nervous, for obvious reasons, and I was specifically looking for one team to handle the move from start to finish. I had originally spoken with Kevin to start scheduling our move back in May of 2023, but we did not have a set move in date yet. He was still able to provide me with an estimate at that time, even though all of our boxes werent officially packed, and communication along the way was always easy. In July I had to contact Kevin again to give him our official move date and there were no issues with finalizing the date.When the crew arrived on the scheduled date to move our belongings, they were incredibly fast and efficient (and best of all, they were FUN to work with!). Kevin made sure that we were not pressured to drive as fast as possible to our destination and wanted to make sure we arrived safely, it was so easy to coordinate the timing with him. Our delivery ended up coming earlier than expected, and Kevin remained professional and courteous throughout the unloading process also.I completely understand why Trinity Movers has so many 5 star reviews. They have truly worked for and earned their reputation as the best moving company in the area. Between the communication, customer service experience, and cost, I could not be happier with them.

Comment: It is always very rare to see an almost perfect review score for any business. In the case of Trinity Movers, they deserve it and then some. We had the pleasure of working with Kevin and his team for our move over 1800 miles away. Not only was the packing and delivery done with the upmost professionalism and care for our items, but the entire group that worked with us provided some of the most outstanding customer service I have ever had. Comment: Wow, what a great group of respectful, courteous and professional young men. Initially, four young men showed up to help move my big items. They were careful and attentive to details in regards to which furniture was going. They loaded almost an entire three-bedroom house if furniture in just under three hours when we arrived at my new house, an additional two young men joined the original four, and they had everything unloaded and furniture reassembled in record time. If you are looking for quality movers, I highly recommend Isaiah, Andrew, Josiah, Chris, Cody, Ian, & Raven with Trinity.

Comment: Hire this company, they are outstanding! We recently moved to Cibolo from out of state. We used UPack/ABF freight trailer and needed some muscle to unload it. I started by Facebook messaging the company kind of late one night and to my surprise, the Operations Manager responded right away and asked me to call. He was thorough in his explanation and answered all of my questions. And their rates are extremely reasonable. They were able to schedule us two days out which was perfect.The company was very upfront about the costs and the process. They were very communicative on the day of, letting me know they were on their way. The team of guys that arrived, EJ, Ian, Joey, Juan, and Eddie were consummate professionals. They worked tirelessly, carefully, and efficiently. They were always very respectful, not only to us, but to each other.The operations manager, Gordon, came out to check on things and even helped a bit with the unloading. We had a few knicks and dings (but that’s expected with any move) and he was very quick to make it right. I even got a call from the manager, Kevin, the next day to see how everything went and to make sure we were satisfied.EJ deserves a raise. He constantly quoted the company’s values and demonstrated them with his actions. They whole team acted with integrity and a politeness that is increasingly uncommon. I never heard one complaint, even as they were unloading a hot trailer in the 105 temps.I will always use Trinity from this point forward. We’ve had a lot of experience with independent movers and they are simply the best we’ve encountered. They have my highest recommendation!

Comment: These guys are pros! Professionals! In the truest sense of the word. Experts at what they do. They were available, they were responsive, they were up front on pricing and did everything that they said they would do, they were courteous, they were respectful of my family and my property, they were kind, and they were happy. You could tell they werent just putting on smiles to make an impression, but that they truly enjoy the service aspect of this business and helping people. That doesnt seem to be as common these days, so it really makes an impression when young men exhibit all of these qualities. Its a blessing to the business and a blessing to those who use them. I know, Im getting a little preachy. 😆Plain and simple, these guys have earned my business. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of moving services. Thankfully, this was not me moving from house to house, it was just needing a big 500 lb pool table move from upstairs to downstairs we have some very tricky turns and corners and tight angles. Some companies were not even willing to do it, but Trinity Movers were willing to disassemble, move it downstairs, and reassemble. They showed up on time, they got the job done in a timely manner, they were exuberant to help in any way that they could and they really went above and beyond in providing five star service. (Id give them 10 Stars if it was an option)Kevin, the owner, who Ive never met in person, obviously takes care of these guys. He obviously knows how to pick great workers, to train them, to demand high standards, and to reward for great work.If you are looking for any type of help moving, then I highly recommend Trinity movers. They were spectacular! Comment: Excellent service! Trinity movers helped us move from a rental to our new home in San Marcos. Kevin was responsive and extremely helpful in getting us lined up and scheduled. The crew showed up 15 minutes early and were ready to work. We walked the house so they understood the items to handle with special care and did just that. They treated our belongs as if they were there own!! When arriving out our new house they prepped to ensure all areas were protected. They placed everything exactly where I asked it to be and even helped me move a few items to a couple of spots before I decided exactly where I wanted it.The crew was friendly, personable, professional.This was our 3rd move in 6 months and this crew was by far the best!!!Highly recommend and if we move again they will be our first call. Comment: I cannot recommend Trinity Movers enough! They did an AMAZING job. I have moved seven times in the last 16 years, and my experience with Trinity Movers was by far the best Ive had. The crew that was assigned to my move was truly outstanding. On the morning of the move, Gordon called to let me know they were on their way. They arrived right on time, and, upon their arrival, all four of the crew members introduced themselves and shook my hand. Cody, Gordon, Isaiah, and EJ were all extremely professional, well-mannered, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire day. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied--even taking and unloading a whole truckload of garbage to my garbage bins, which they certainly didnt have to do. And, they also gave me a cold bottle of water, which was much appreciated. They worked well together and seemed to really be enjoying their jobs, despite the Texas heat. I never once heard them complain. In fact, they had smiles on their faces pretty much the entire time! If I could give them ten stars, I really would. Although I hope I dont move again anytime soon, if I do, I will certainly be using Trinity Movers again. They made a stressful experience a lot less stressful and even had me laughing the whole time! If you need movers, give these guys a call.

Last week as I was looking for a storage room, I picked up their business card at New Braunfels Storage (highly recommend) ...Trinity Movers had let them know ahead of time they’d be arriving there & they worked as a team to make the moving experience as pleasant as possible for me! Although I had asked Kevin on such a short notice to move, him & his guys made it happen literally the next day! Not only were they extremely organized but they went above & beyond to pack what I hadn’t yet, into boxes. If you’re looking for a moving company that genuinely cares about their costumer, I suggest you look no further! 🙌🏻 As most know... moving can be a stressful time, but rest assure these guys got ya covered! Very professional and took the time to carefully disassemble the grandfather clock to transport it carefully along with the other antique pieces i needed moved.Kevin the owner was great at getting my things moved last minute!
