Comment: The attention to detail and genuine care the team gave to my elderly parents for their first move in over 30 years was beyond my expectations. Big Cam, Hank, and Jarvis (and Michael yesterday) were polite gentlemen and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. The Square Cow dispatch personnel were very helpful as well. Comment: We had a bad previous moving coming, but my neighbors were moving and I watched how fast and efficient these guys worked.I went outside and asked for their names as I would be moving.Called the office, spoke to McKenna and she was a very kind person. Told her the crew I wanted and she said she would get it done.Then I talked to the movers boss and he was beyond patient with me. His name was Brian.Day of moving, Bryan H. , Adelmo and I cannot remember the 3rd ones name showed up on time, very respectable, worked fast. They moved 2 one bedroom apartments into one house with nothing broken, left spaces in between the boxes I had in the garage so you could easily find stuff! Never have I had movers this great! Bryan H started putting things together in the house and then they all started doing it once the truck was empty! Job well done all 3 of them

Comment: Well, I did have to move again and so I have used SCM now 4 times in the last 14 months and I would highly recommend them.Thanks for being a company I can rely on to do a great job every time!Update: I have used Square Cow Woodlands/Spring three times in 2020. Each time they have been consistent with my previous review. They did not hesitate to go above and beyond. I hope not to do anymore moves in the near future, but if I did I would use this company again. And I would request Sean, James, JD, and Michael because they exemplified their companys values.Previous review: Square Cow Movers were reasonably priced, timely, careful, and respectful with my move from a storage unit into a third floor apartment. I will use them again and highly recommend their service!

Comment: I called in a panic because the other movers I had booked (who had moved my things from my prior home and into storage who were supposed to move things 2 weeks later from storage to my new home) completely lost my second reservation. I called Square Cow not even 48 hours before I needed to move. AG helped me on the phone. She was kind and sympathetic to my panic. Miraculously, my area was their only area not booked so she set everything up for me immediately. I got email and phone confirmations. The guys showed up on time, moved super quick, handled my things with care, and couldn’t have been more awesome and professional. Despite working as long as the other crew for the first leg of the move, they were less than half the price as the other guys. Price did not matter to me at this point, but I couldn’t believe it. Just about everything with this move over the last few months has been awful. But Square Cow fixed so much for us. I hope to not move for a long time, but I will recommend them to EVERYONE I know who is moving!

The three man crew I used this time was Jordan, Layne, and Kevin. By far the easiest, less stressful move I have ever seen. They showed up 10 minutes before start time and started working right away. All three were very professional and had great mannerisms about themselves. I can tell that they truly enjoy doing their job and went out of the way to make sure everything was set to my likings before they left. All three of them worked seamlessly with each other and if one needed a hand with something, the others would jump at a seconds notice to lend a hand. Comment: At the last minute I was suggested to try Square Cow Movers, I talked to them on Wednesday for a Saturday move but didn’t think they would be available but they were.We had 20 years from our previous home all in two storages (10x25 and a 10x20) while our new home was being built. They sent two trucks and 5 guys.I called many places and was told the same amount of trucks and crew but the hours ranged from 7 hours to 12.5 hours. Chris G, Cedric, Johnathan, Dion, and Mike S came to work and they worked hard. From start to finish this crew did it all - packed, transferred and unpacked all in 6.75 hours what would have taken us days. Their prices were in the middle range (not the lowest but definitely no where near the highest).My units were not the easiest to do because when packing your entire life there are a lot of things that just can’t go in boxes. When unloading they asked where everything went and made sure it went to the right rooms. We packed it all ourselves so I know how hard it was and I just couldn’t bring myself to unload it because it was so muchWe could not have asked for a better crew.

Comment: Hired a three man crew for our move from The Woodlands to Tomball back on May 30th. On that day it was rainy with bad traffic, so it took them a little longer than expected to arrive.Upon their arrival, I met with the head mover and he went over what they were going to do, while the other two guys got right to work. We went over where some of the heavier furniture was once we were done he also got right to work. They wrapped up our wooden furniture to make sure there was no damage.Once they finished packing up it was around noon and they explained they were going to get some lunch, and that we of course, would not be charged for this. Got to the address in Tomball around 1 and met with hem again and showed them which rooms where which and they started to move the boxes/furniture to the rooms without hesitation.Our bed needed to be disabled and released and they did so quickly and correctly. What really impressed me is they made sure that the bed was assembled correctly before leaving.I cannot stress how quick and efficient these guys were. I was a little worried that they would drag their feet to keep the clock moving, but they did the complete opposite. I would recommend them to everyone moving, and if we ever move again, I will be contacting this company again.Thank you for really limiting the stress on this day for us :)

Comment: The team called prior to the date of my move to verify everything was ready from my end. The moving team arrived when they said and worked diligently and carefully with my possessions. They used moving blankets and taped them around my furniture!!!! I was called midday by the Square cow main office to make sure everything was going well!! Comment: I really appreciate you guys being so awesome! I’ve used others movers in the past but wasn’t happy with them due to damages of my items, lack of supplies needed to properly wrap and protect items, poor communication, etc. I appreciate the crew at Square Cow Movers for wrapping my door frame prior to moving items to prevent damages, asking where they should put every item and working together to get the job done fast. There was great communication through the entire process from the time they dispatched to head my way, beginning and end of their lunch break and offering to help with anything else prior to leaving. I was impressed the manager even called during the move to ask if everything was going alright. I will definitely use Square Cow Movers in the future and will happily refer to other people!

Comment: I can’t stress enough how pleased my wife and I were with Square Cow Movers. We called on Monday wanting to move that upcoming Saturday and they were able to put us in their schedule for an afternoon move with a crew that would be doing a morning move so they could only estimate when they would arrive. I called Bryan (Manager) around 1pm the day of the move to see if he had a ETA and he was able to contact his crew and call me back in about 10 minutes with an ETA. The crew (Josh, Nass & Alex) showed up right on time and after a brief walkthrough they started loading their truck. I was a bit worried with this being their second move of the day the guys would be tired but I couldn’t have been more wrong. They were double timing it and got the truck loaded very quickly. They also wrapped everything that was not boxed to make sure nothing got damaged, and to their credit nothing did. Once they got to our new home the unloaded their truck plus a 16 foot storage pod we had stored furniture and boxes into previously in almost the same amount of time it took to load the truck. There were even practically running up the stairs to the upstairs storage in our new home. The unwrapped all of the furniture, put together a bed and a sectional couch and cleaned up all of their wrapping material. This was our 4th move in the last & years and without a doubt it was by far the most pleasant experience of the 4. To be honest it’s just not fair to compare them to the others because they were head and shoulders above the other professional movers we had previously used. I would tell anyone who is looking to hire movers if you want to lessen your moving hassles and deal with a company that really stresses customer service use Square Cow movers, we won’t ever use another moving company, they really are that good. Comment: This is my third time to use Square Cow Movers. Exceptional! Their trucks are new and clean. Their staff are friendly, professional, polite, intelligent...They take great precautions when moving your items by carefully wrapping and handling everything, as well as protect your house by placing pads over doors and thresholds in order to prevent any scratching or dings to our house. The have always been VERY prompt and on time. I have used other movers before, but always had damage to our stuff or to our home, and typically waited hours for them to arrive. Not with Square Cow. It is run like a very professional business with the customer as the priority. I am very impressed and will use them with future moves.

Then, 3 weeks later removed items from 2 units into 2 trucks (with noone else’s stuff!!) and brought it all to us!! Comment: The pricing was easy to understand, they communicated often, very punctual, very efficient (they ran at times between the truck and house), very professional, took care of my property. They even parked the truck at the end of my driveway to avoid backing up the truck and running over my lawn sprinklers. The price was half of what I was expecting. Comment: I was referred to this company from my parents. When I moved out of my town home the guys moved very quick, prompt and efficient. I should have known something was going to happen because they did not stretch wrap any of my items. Well fast forward to working with square cow movers again a second time...things went downhill. The workers stretch wrapped everything, however I noticed some of my items damaged from the previous move. When the new crew came to my new home to unload they said they did not know how to put together furniture. WHAT? was my reaction because their website states they do assembly and disassembly and I specifically told Kayla the customer representative that I needed them to put together some beds. The lead mover called his manager and then he asked me if they could come back the next day to try to put together the beds. I said okay fine and asked for an ETA. The lead mover said he would arrive between 3-4pm. Next day arrived and no one showed up so I called the office and Kyle confirmed the branch manager for this location would be calling me. However, Jason the Branch manager personally called me to try to make things right. And is personally going to make sure the claims department takes care of me. I hope to not have this issue going forward with this company.

Comment: We have used Square Cow on three different moves and they have all been big moves. Every move ran efficiently and with no issues. This last move was to a new home we bought and again everything ran very efficiently and with no issues. The Supervisor (Thomas) of our move and his lieutenant, Dejohn (sp?) were just just fantastic! They walked through the entire move with us for we have some very delicate and one of a kind pieces and had to be handled very carefully. They listened to all of our concerns and explained in detail how they would handle it. They were very courteous and went out of their way to make a potentially stressful move stress free. They even helped hook up a few things when they were off the clock. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them..

Comment: Lets be honest, moving day sucks. Moving day in may with 80% humidity and over 90 temperatures REALLY SUCKS. But Square Cow went above and beyond to make sure the moving process went smoothly and stress-free as possible. We had two 26 trucks worth of furniture and they didnt damage a single piece. I recommend having cold drinks for your movers on hand, and Shipleys donuts for an early move - these guys are burning calories and need a refill. I could literally go on for days about how great they were and the pricing was very fair, no added in trip fees or oversized item fees. They moved everything quickly and safely. Id highly recommend these guys for any move of any size.

Comment: This was a really great experience. We needed to move our parents belongings from an apartment to storage (they are now in a care home). The move HAD to take place on Memorial Day. Many movers were not opened due to the holiday. We were so glad to find Square Cow and chose them for their high ratings. Jeremy and John called right on time and arrived on time. They were very careful with our belongings and stretch wrapped everything to protect it - knowing that it was going in to storage. They listened to our specific requests and followed through. Comment: What an incredible company! I had many moving parts in preparation to me relocating, and they were right on top of everything. Every time I reached out I received a reply within minutes, INCLUDING the morning of my move to inquire about what to do since stormy weather was predicted. This team is prepared for everything! Our team consisted of Timothy, Martin, and Rudy, and they were some of the hardest working young men I have encountered. Comment: Last year we chose some movers without looking at ratings first and we paid the price big time. This year we decided to research the best moving companies in the woodlands and saw that square cow was top three in the area and decided to give them a try. We are so glad we did.Matt, Jeffuan, and Ryan from square cow showed up on time and were very professional over the phone and in person. Once at my home they wasted no time in getting to work. During the move one of the movers had to leave to tend to an emergency and the owner or supervisor, Jose quickly sent a replacement and even showed up to our home to apologize. The replacement Nicolas was also awesome.Few movers that we have used have had the communication and defined roles that this crew had. Jeffuan stayed in the truck mostly to pack and did a fantastic job with making sure our furniture survived the 180 Mile trek to San Antonio. He even received compliments from our movers in San Antonio for his packing job. Matt, Ryan and Nicolas did a great job in moving everything out of the house as quickly as possible, but did so carefully without breaking or damaging a single item.We have moved 7 times in the past 5 years and square Cow movers was by far the best experience we have had with a moving company. They did not surprise us with any hidden fees, the crew they sent was excellent and motivated to do a good job, and very friendly. I highly recommend these guys.

Comment: Danny & Les showed up about 9:00ish literally didnt stop until about 2:00. We have a bunch of crap and it was in two different locations. They took such care of our place, our things, and were just great guys. We trusted them completely - didnt have to micro-manage, direct, or supervise in any way. It was clear they knew what they were doing and that they cared about what they were doing. I am a firm believer in quality counts and these guys are just quality. To give an example, I had a plastic bin of my grandmothers china and I pointed out that that bin needed to be handled w/ care. They looked inside and filled the container more so absolutely protected. It is this attention to detail that lets you know your stuff is in the best hands.I highly recommend Square Cow Movers. We had never used them before - we had used two guys and a truck when we moved from Oregon to Austin. So, we just called them again. Apparently they had changed policies and now will no longer load a truck (or unload) a truck that isnt theirs. Were moving out of state so that wasnt an option. We needed to use our own truck. So, thankfully those guys changed how they work so that we had the opportunity to hire Square Cow. We could not have been happier! Thanks Danny and Les! Youre both awesome!
