Comment: I had a decent experience with Samson Power Movers aside from a few hiccups. Jevon and Sevon did a good job overall and were very professional. My only suggestion would be to have the person doing the quote physically see the amount of things to be moved as it would have been beneficial for everyone in my situation if more than 2 movers would have been sent. My quoted 4 hour move ended up taking about 7 hours. We have a lot of stairs at our new office and the guys were struggling so more hands would have definitely been helpful. But I would use them again in the future.

Comment: I had a great experience with this company!Mariah is the first person I spoke to when I sought a quote for my move. She was prompt, courteous, and answered all of my questions. She told me that unlike most moving companies their company only had a 1 hour minimum , after that I would be charged in 15 minute increments. My move was quoted for 3 hours, and I was told if it took less 3 hrs I would be refunded the difference, and she was true to her word!Gabe and Von showed up on time and went over my quote with me. I signed, and they began what I’d like to call the smoothest move I’ve ever had. They knew what they were doing and took great care of my belongings.My move was completed quickly.Upon completion I contacted Mariah for a refund of a portion of the 3hr quote because they completed the move in half the time.I was then contacted by the owner (Sampson) who thanked me for business and returned the unused funds. He was very personable, professional, and sincere.I highly recommend this company, and will hire them for my next move.

Comment: Recently contracted samson and his crew. I have no complaints, everthing was moved within my expected time and the cost was what I expected. I would also like to say that samson knew what he was doing, this wasnt a crew that was just power moving furniture without finesse. Samson displayed several techniques to maneuver furniture up and down a narrow set of stairs. The price for 2hrs 15 min ended up being $325.00. I found this fairly reasonable given that we moved from a second story apt. to a three story home - it was alot of work.Thanks Samson.

Comment: They arrived on time and were very polite and respectful throughout the move. Samson is a great person and true to his word. Their prices were very affordable, they wrapped my pieces with moving blankets and handled my things with care. I have several vintage and heavy items. Nothing was broken or damaged! I did have time overrun costs as I was overwhelmed and not fully prepared for the move. Samson was comforting and sympathetic, telling me not to worry. He even gave me a calming hug and discount on my overrun fees as I was on a limited income and tight budget. I would use them again and highly recommend them. I am very grateful to Samson and his team!

Comment: They showed up on time, and got all our stuff moved into our new home without any issues. They came prepared with several different types of Hand Trucks to move any large heavy furniture and appliances where they need to go without breaking anything. They worked at an efficient pace, and I didnt have any issues over payment\charges. I had a better experience with Sampson Power Movers than I did using 2 other movingcompanies in the past.

Comment: I used this company because no one in the clear lake area would work with the budget I had to moved out the place I was at after my husband died. After his funeral, I was almost broke and being there torm me up mentellm. I was so happy that I called Samson Power Movers and spoke with Samson. He agreed to do my move and for me to make payments because of my extreme situation. Samson even came out to help and gave me words of encouragement and inspiration that I truly needed at the time. Comment: After being burned by a big moving company, working with Samson power movers was a delight. They offered reasonable rates. I was able to organize my move with them on a days notice. They were quick, efficient and polite. They took ~ 30 mins to unload my 1 bedroom apartment from the trailer to my apartment on the 3rd floor. I would highly recommend them.

Comment: I have known the owner for over 3 years now and this my 2nd time using him. He is always communicating with you on the his teams time schedule, letting you know how much longer until they will be there, and if something unexpected does happen, he makes sure you will be taken care of immediately. His crew were amazing, hard working, and quick. I know 7 hours in the heat is terrible, but they never let it phase them, and even let my son help as much as he wanted. I will always hire them!

Comment: LONG OVERDUE REVIEW!I have used Samson Power Movers 3 times, and have just scheduled my 4th move with them. As a busy professional, there are 4 attributes that keep me using Samson:1. RELIABILITY: I know that sounds cliche and that you shouldnt have to even worry about whether your movers will show up, but, weve all heard the horror stories when movers dont show up on moving day! These guys give me a short time frame window on when to expect them, and they are usually on the front end side of that which is nice.2. QUICK: These guys DO NOT MESS AROUND! They dont dilly-dally, and once they get to your place they will quickly survey their plan of action and get to work. You are definitely not paying for guys to stand around.3. CONSCIENTIOUS: These guys take care of my things as if they were their own, which is always a worry when moving. Ive never had a problem with breaks, scratches, etc., which are common when moving.4. FRIENDLY: I know this one seems unnecessary, but moving is stressful enough without having to deal with guys handling your stuff who are unfriendly. Im sure that Ive been in their way many times or been a bit of a needy customer, but they never make me feel that way.So, all that being said, I find myself moving again this week. When I contacted them, they remembered me and scheduled a time that worked for ME! Thanks guys and see you on Thursday!BLD

A two man team, had the move completed within a four hour time span. I only moved 15 miles from the start point, but moving a 3 bedroom house was a challenge.
