Comment: Our move was spread over two days. The folks on the first left a lot of packing for the second day. Great work by Kelvin, Tom and JD to catch up and go the extra mile. Kudos to Alan who showed up to lend a hand.Overall, a very professional enterprise. Joel kept me in the loop about all the details and everything was done on time. They are pricey but worth the peace of mind.

Comment: Im telling you, when you find a good moving company, you need to hold on to them!Everything from scheduling the move, making changes last minute and the day of was a BREEZE!DeMario and crew arrived punctually, were extremely professional and amazingly efficient. They finished a half hour under what was quoted and they didnt break a thing. They were careful with our stuff. They didnt need a bunch of help, they werent lazy and they put things exactly where we asked. We asked them for 4 guys and when they insisted they only needed 2, we were hesitant. But wow, they did an awesome job.We would absolutely use Einstein movers again and that is our preferred movers from here on out. If you want moving done professionally, go with them!

Simply put, they’re genius. :)A few things you can expect on moving day.1) Friendly and communicative team that will notify you when they’re en route.2) A clean and fully stocked moving truck.3) Quick walkthrough of your space and review of the moving contract.4) Protecting the entry way with pads5) Protecting furniture with quilted moving pads, shrink wrap, and bands.6) Tools to disassemble furniture that needs to be taken apart in order to be moved safely, like beds.7) Items placed where you like at the final destination8) Lastly, contract review and closer.Finito.Overall, a great experience from beginning to end.Below, are a few tips for the novice packer.If you have leather furniture, please clean and condition it at minimum the day before the move so the leather has time to dry. The movers will place quilted pads on the furniture and then seal it with shrink wrap. If you’re placing your leather furniture in storage, I highly recommend you tear the shrink wrap in several places so the leather can breath. Moisture and non-circulating air will be disastrous for leather. Mold and mildew es no bueno.Last suggestion. Moving is hard work. They had wraps, carpets, dollies and a whole bunch of other equipment to move all items and furniture without damaging the usual suspects: doors, walls, the items themselves, etc. They both made moving very stress free and kept checking in with me regarding how much time had elapsed and to confirm next steps and destinations. Its Einstein, someone yelled, theyll treat our stuff like its their own! Einsteins board selected two of their best movers for the job, Joshua J and Thomas A. and then they brought a third to pick up the pace. These guys are amazing and the pricing is straightforward. Comment: Used them for a recent move, apartment to apartment. 15 mile between the two. Edgar and Francisco worked fast and diligently. Even when it started raining they kept the pace up. They were flexible on tossing some old mattresses and worked with me to unload/re-load after our HOA didnt want them at the local dumpster. Of note, they had a traveling manager in the field who swung by to check in on items. He stuck around for an hour or so and really pushed things along (packing/wrapping himself) at no cost. Everything arrived safely and in one piece, Id use them again.

Comment: FIVE OUT OF FIVE. Our movers were incredible! They were professional, fast and great communicators. We didnt have to ask them to be careful with any fragile items, and they knew when to wrap furniture and remove furniture legs to make the pieces easier to place in the truck and to move into our new place. We have had to offer movers more guidance in past moves, but not with them! Ive moved a few times in Houston, and this was the most seamless experience from the booking experience to the move.

Comment: We have used this moving service a few times before and it always cost about the same. fairly priced usually. we have about the same amount of stuff as last time but paid much more this move because of a clearly new employee. he stopped to ask every few seconds if something was right or if it needed to be wrapped better. some times seemingly not knowing what to do next. causing the move to take much longer than prior moves. I understand people need training, but at the customers expense? this move cost us a couple hundred bucks more than our last. next time i would request no new employees. all this being said, Einstein did reach out to me and refund a bit of the difference. it shows they appreciate repeat business. which is great.

Einsteins communications throughout the process -- both during scheduling and the move itself -- were great. I knew what to expect and when. They also sent a list of the movers and packers in advance, with links to their bios, and the movers called me each morning (packing day followed by moving day) when they were about half an hour from my house. They had the right number of movers each day to get the job done well and efficiently. The movers were very professional and a real pleasure to work with. They made a stressful experience far less stressful. I have a lot of china dishes and glassware and all made it intact. I recommend Einstein without reservation.

First crew (Joshua & Elliot) were great… Second crew (Joel & Sam) were even better.Arranging service appointments was simple and straightforward. To start off Joel was very communicative and responsive during the scheduling process, allowing us to create a plan well before our move date. The office followed up a few days in advance, the day before, and the day of our move, so we were always informed and up to date on the plan. Sal & Diego brought all the materials you could imagine, so there were no issues or hurdles to the move. They took great care of all our furniture and boxes, and were all around professionals. Comment: Highly recommend Einstein Moving Co! We moved from our apartment recently and placed several large furniture items into storage. We live on the 5th floor and do not have a freight elevator in our apartment. On top of that, one of the main elevators was down. The closest stairs are extremely narrow and it’s very difficult to maneuver large items down. Jonathan and Alex were absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better duo! They listened to our concerns and came up with a plan to get our furniture to the first floor. They efficiently wrapped all items and through the car garage transported everything down 5 levels. They worked very fast and efficiently, wasting no time getting started. We moved all our items to a unit in Cypress and they made sure to work as fast as possible to keep us under our time limit. We are so grateful they made this experience hassle free! Will definitely be using your services again when the time comes.

I have used another nationally known company in the past, but when I told that company about my large, solid teak chairs, they couldn’t commit to moving them. They had a limit on moving things with stairs. Paul, Alex, and their new trainee handled my (probably 400-500lb) teak chairs with no issue, no negative comments, just handled it! They wrapped everything up so it was really safe and there was no damage. They did such a better job than that big company I’ve used in the past. They really made the big company look bad honestly. So professional, careful, and they did not dilly dally. They finished faster than quoted, at a price that was 200$ less than quoted. No extra charges for my crazy heavy chairs. I will definitely use them again. I never write reviews but these dudes were great.

They adhered to COVID precautions while working, so I didn’t felt uncomfortable that they were in my living spaces. Comment: We had a great experience with our team led by Javier. The team was professional, thorough and efficient and did a fantastic job communicating with us during what turned out to be a less straightforward move than we all hoped due to the elevators in our building going out of service in the middle of the move out. The team also knew as soon as they came in to our house that certain of our couches would not make it up the stairwell due to low clearance issues but did their best to try, anyway, and maintained a super positive and upbeat attitude throughout the whole day. They finished super quickly despite the delays on our old buildings part and were a pleasure to work with. Weve had mixed experiences with movers over the years and this was certainly our best experience. We highly recommend Einstein.

Comment: I booked Einstein Moving Company for my move to another apartment within the same complex. My move was booked a week in advance. From initial contact, I received all the information I needed. There were no hidden fees and the cost was transparent. The movers (I forgot their names) but they showed up on time and were very professional. None of my furniture was damaged during the move, which was a concern of mine. The total time to move was less than the initial estimated time, which save me money. I would have felt very at ease if my belongings were being moved to a different location, because the materials were of a good quality. I chose the option to have the movers pack my items to save time. Again none of the items were damaged. This was my first time using a moving company and I was very happy with my experience. I would highly recommend Einstein Moving Company!

After seeing a barrage of warning stories on TV and the web about moving companies who did bait and switch and took advantage of customers, I was very afraid when I started the process of looking for a mover. However after first talking to Einstein and looking over their website I felt very comfortable choosing them and I could see that this company had a completely different customer friendly approach than other movers we considered. The customer service throughout the process was exceptional and outstanding, and this is truly a company that puts people ahead of profits. Our move was from Houston to Dallas. This involved 2 trucks and a crew of 4. The crew was very helpful and personable and they actually made the move fun. The total cost of the move was very reasonable and right in line with the estimate. By the time we actually moved gas prices had gone up significantly but the company said they would stay with the quote that they gave us a few months previously. Dont hesitate to choose Einstein for your move - you will not find a company with better customer service!

He listened and was very understanding of my reasoning. Additionally, he was nice enough to refund some of my balance due to an error on the navigation system my movers were using which ended up adding an extra 15 minutes (contributing to the movers going over the estimated time). So, thank you, Matisen for the follow up call and taking the time to listen and talk about my experience! Changing my review to 4 stars due to managerial customer service.Im giving 3 stars because Im still wondering why my 2 movers went over the limit by 45 minutes. I was estimated it would take 4.5 hours and it took 5hrs 15 mins. For reference I was moving from a 754 SF apartment to an 863 SF apartment (distance was 7 miles). The 754 SF apartment was on the 2nd floor and required going up 2 flights of stairs. The 863 SF apartment I moved into is on the 1st floor and roughly a street blocks length away from the move-in entrance. And I had less than 30 boxes. I was quoted $585 but ended up paying $682 (before tip).It just doesnt make sense to me. I probably should not have done tipped them, but whats done is done. They did help with rearranging furniture, but that took less than 2 minutes to move a dresser from one wall to the other. I mean, overall, my guys did do a good job. I just feel like they were both slightly inexperienced. Neither of the 2 movers had a bio on the Einstein Moving Co website, so that tells me they were new the company (?) or new to their job as movers(?). Side note- they did break my dresser mirror during the move and Im not sure if Ill get any sort of refund. I havent called to ask either.Overall, Im not sure if Id use Einstein Moving Co again. While the staff is super nice, they were on the higher price point from the 3 other moving companies I was quoting. I went off the the really good reviews that I read. Maybe I just had higher expectations and they werent really met. At least I now know that IF I do use Einstein again, I probably wont leave a tip *shrugs*.

Joel and Christian were certainly the dream team—professional, friendly, communicative and most importantly super efficient!! Comment: I don’t ever do reviews because who has time?! BUT… this has been THEE most seamless, painless, quickest, most professional move ever. And I’ve lived on my own since 2002. Charges did not start until they picked up the first piece of furniture.I do feel like it has a LOT to do with the movers selected and I am SO HAPPY I had Joshua and Ulysses. Funny, sweet, but extremely professional. Quick but EXTREMELY efficient and careful. Now that I’ve unpacked completely? Not a single broken frame, or glass or plate. My TVS are intact. And while the company quoted/estimated my move a 4-hour move… my guys got it done in just over 2 hours and still below their 2.5 hour minimum. In the end, not a penny over their $350 minimum. There will be at least two phone calls from them: 1) to schedule and talk about the details of the move and 2) a few days to a week before the move to check if you had any additional questions. Each time I spoke to them they were professional and kind. Sam and Sal were my movers the day of and they were quick, efficient, polite, and wasted zero time. They had all the necessary equipment to protect my furniture and the house in the move (e.g. they wrapped the door frame in case of any bumps). I had a white couch that they shrink wrapped before wrapping up with a moving blanket and shrink wrapping once again to sure it stated unstained and cushioned. They double checked with me to make sure the boxes and furniture were placed in the correct room and spot. I’d work with them again for a future move and will personally request Sam and Sal again if they’re still available.

This move, we decided to utilize a new to us company, Einstein Moving. It was an absolute homerun and I would not recommend moving with anyone else in the Houston area.From the initial booking the team was responsive, professional, courteous, and truly helpful in ensuring we were ready for our move. All of my questions were answered and we were confirmed for our appointment. On move day, Alex and his team (JD, David, & Josh) showed up earlier than expected and were ready to go. After a quick walk around, I marveled as the team worked non-stop for five hours packing our entire 1800 sqrft house and two car garage. The team took extreme care to pack everything correctly and ensure no damage came to any of our belongings. Beyond that, the entire time they were jovial and made the experience fun for my wife and me.The move-in process was just as seamless. The team prepped our new house to prevent any damage and got to work. A couple hours later, we were all moved in. It was truly enjoyable laughing and interacting with the team as they completed our move quickly and without any damage to our belongings.To put it succinctly, this is the best moving experience Ive had over two continents and six moves. I received prompt, fair, and accurate estimate and the office answered MANY questions my husband and I had prior to moving. David C. and Xavier were both extremely careful moving our belongings. Even my great grandmothers fragile lemonade set made it there without any issues. Comment: I initially scheduled a move the beginning of August. The guy I spoke with (Brandon, I believe) was very professional and courteous. I then had to reschedule 3 times (once with only 48hrs notice). They were extremely understanding and worked with my sporadic timeline each time. Moving day was not simple… our items are large, heavy, and awkward; our new home wasn’t ready. The guys who did our move were nothing but helpful and communicative. There were some bumps and bruises, but nothing out of the ordinary — and much less than any previous move (we’ve done 3 international moves). While I hope not to have to move again in the near future, I would HIGHLY recommend Einstein movers to anyone who does.

Trey and Alex showed up on time, were professional and friendly, wrapped all the furniture carefully, and worked NONSTOP for hours. We all hit the road for Austin around 3 pm. The next morning they arrived on time, and unloaded the truck in the same fashion. I think this is the first move (and we’ve moved many times) that nothing was broken - not one dish or art piece. The estimate I was given for the cost of the move was exactly what it turned out to be - again, a first for us. So when I realized I couldnt move stuff on my own, I came across Einstein Moving Company accidentally, and I swear to you, as long as they are in business I will use them!- The price was really competitive and fair for the awesome service they provide.- They responded quickly to my price inquiry and really took the time to answer my questions.- They called when they left their headquarters and arrived promptly.- Once they arrived, they started the clock and got to work, no dilly dallying or funny business!- We had three guys and they were all courteous, funny, thorough, and strong!- The truck was a great size to fully fit all of our stuff without cramming everything in.- Also, all three guys did a great job in wrapping our glass table tops and dressers with padded blankets and plastic wrapping which really saved our furniture and walls from dents.- Everything was treated with care and nothing broke!- They even jumped in to help us assemble our bed frame without us asking for help (which isnt complicated to set up but I appreciated the initiative)!I was so happy I waved to them at the end, and one guy ran over thinking I was signaling him over, but I just wanted to say thank you again and goodbye.All in all, I was extremely happy and think that other moving companies can learn a thing or two from Einstein Moving. They did a thorough and careful job packing, including some creative packaging of our picture frames so that they would be protected. They empathized with me before, during and after my moving that happened to be scheduled in the middle of the winter storm the week of 2/15/2021. Comment: I used Einstein for help unpacking a PODS and unloading the contents into my new apartment. During the move, a nail or a screw must have been sticking out of one of the boxes and scraped the hardwood floor in my apartment when one of the movers dragged the box across the floor.It was a nightmare trying to work with my apartment trying to get it resolved, but Einstein offered to send out a repair person and pay for all the damages. They were responsive and patient while I dealt with my apartments management to figure out how much it would cost. We have hired other movers in the past, but now we know the benefit of working with a truly professional company. They have a fun onboarding experience, a transparent payment procedure and they provide their teams with additional training and equipment to handle any situation, along with a truck that unloads from the front (side) and back to unload quickly on narrow streets. They also put up blankets to protect our main doorway and rolled out the red carpet to protect our newly refinished floors. An upfront quote was given over the phone based upon the square footage of my old residence and if I had any special heavy/bulky items. My movers were Alex and Sal, who both were super professional during the whole move. I gave them a walk through in old house (what needs to be moved / stayed) and in new house (where to put things). They even disconnect and reconnected my washer and dryer (liability waiver signed of course). They asked which furniture was from IKEA as apparently those tend to break easily and took extra care of the few I did own. I also own a few cardio machines and was worried we needed to disassemble to get out of the house, nope. Just picked it up and rolled it out. They made it looked too easy peasy. Comment: I don’t believe I’ve ever left a google review but I have to. This company was absolutely AHHHMAZING! I was so nervous about hiring a moving company bc of previous issues but from the moment I got a quote I knew I’d made the right choice.They are competitively priced but worth it.I was quoted via email with a link to book the move. After booking I was called to go over the details of the move and confirm everything.The guy was super friendly and upbeat. Got me excited about moving lol.A few days later I got an email confirming the move yet again with info about the company and how to prepare for the move. Boxing tips etc plus a list of other services if needed.A couple days BEFORE the move I got a ‘meet your movers’ email with pics and personal info about them. It was very refreshing.The day before I got a call to confirm YET AGAIN.I loved how many point of contacts we had before the move. By the time the two movers, whom I felt I knew from their bios, showed up, I felt at ease.The move began about 1.5 later bc of the move prior but they updated me when they were on the way. We did a walk through and they began the move.When the job was done they FACETIMED ME to walk me through the apartment and make sure I saw how they left everything including the WALLS plus they asked about a few items that may be trash to be sure.AHMAZING!Got to my new spot and began unloading. I was on the 3rd floor with no elevator but they worked diligently to unload. Never complained and were so sweet. I loved how everything was wrapped to avoid damage.One box fell and the mover had me open and examine to assure nothing was broken even after I said it wasn’t necessary bc of the items inside. He insisted.I tipped them generously.After the move I received 1 follow up email to make sure everything went well then another a few days asking about any damage now that I was all unpacked and to let them know immediately for reimbursement.Again, floored.I 10000% recommend this company. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Comment: Joel and Roderick did an excellent job. They were professional, courteous and friendly and got the loading and unloading done smoothly and in good time. All their equipment and packing materials were brand new and the truck was so clean that you could just about live in it!! There were no damages or missing items and when we got to unloading, they knew exactly where to put things without me having to provide very much direction. I would whole heartedly recommend them as movers. They had moved my friend from Houston to Austin earlier in the year and she was so pleased with their service that I decided to choose them. My son-in-law researched movers at the same time and Found that Einstein was highly rated. Rightly so.

Comment: Alex and Evan were really great Movers. Einstein was very open with communication from them moment I chose them as my moving company. Both Alex and Evan were very efficient in the Texas heat and I didn’t have to micromanage them to get the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services.

Comment: Einstein Moving Company was great to work with! They were 15 minutes early to do a walkthrough which I appreciated and packed everything into the truck quickly and carefully. This was my first time using movers and I was a little bit nervous, but the guys made my move really easy and I barely had to lift a finger.I am not sure about the average cost of moving services, but, for a job that started at 8:30 and finished at 2:30 I paid around $1600 dollars after tip.I think it was well worth it considering the move was so easy, but I did want to be transparent about the pricing.Overall great experience! Comment: Weve moved twice in the past few years and have used Einstein Moving Co. both times. They are AMAZING! Their service is professional, respectful and honest from the moment of inquiry until they pull out of your driveway after the move.They were upfront about all costs, estimates, etc. and provided a lot of resources to help with the move. The three guys that helped us move most recently (Joel, Alex and Roderick) were friendly and incredibly fast and hardworking guys. Comment: This was by far my best moving experience. Sergio and Adrian were on time, professional, fun, and efficient. Most important of all they were honest! Integrity goes a long way with us. We appreciate your effort and honesty. A broken fishing pole is of little concern and yet Adrian owned the accidental break and Sergio rectified the situation even though I wasn’t looking for compensation. Stand up crew and company. Comment: Planing a move from one city (Ft. Worth) to another (Houston) is stressful enough, but during a pandemic is next level anxiety. Brandon at Einstein set my fears at ease when the first thing he spoke to me about was their COVID 19 mitigation and procedures. The movers were top notch, and very cautious and were careful to socially distance and wear masks. They were extremely fast in taking apart my bed and day bed, and carefully wrapped the furniture in moving blankets. Loading all my items only took an hour and a half, super fast.I planned this move over the phone, without them coming to give me an estimate. I gave them a very detailed inventory list of the contents of my apartment, and was given a very accurate estimate that ultimately was very close to the final cost of my move. I packed all the small items myself, but they wrapped and protected my dressers, TV’s, and all ofurniture. All made the move unscathed, and tv’s are in working order because they had me check them before they left. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them again, and the next time I move, I will most certainly use Einstein Movers.

I moved into an apartment 10 miles from where I was previously staying and was looking for someone who could help move the heavy pieces (only furniture). My mom & I could move everything else in a few trips with our cars but we had no means to carry/lift/transport the furniture of my 1 bedroom apartment. I did an online quote with another company who quoted me $500+ and I felt that was ridiculous just to move furniture for a 1 bedroom apartment. I finally came across Einstein Moving Company that quoted me something more reasonable and only a fraction of the price! I am so glad I used them rather than trying to manage a uhaul by myself! Roderick & Alex were very professional and were able to move my pieces of furniture within the minimum charge time frame ($275). I also really appreciated that there were no extra charges for equipment usage and it was a flat rate. I will definitely use this company for future moves!

Comment: There’s no way that I’ll ever move again during a Houston summer, and that’s mainly bc the awesome guys at Einstein Moving Company just don’t deserve that!! Johnny and Brandon were absolute champs during the whole process, despite a broken freight elevator. They wrapped and thoroughly protected my furniture and did it very quickly to empty out my old space. Even had an awesome TV bag since I forgot to buy that kind of box. Everything related to time and billing and was clearly explained and they hustled from start to finish. Very highly recommend this company — competitive rates to others but a win for me as it was accompanied by professional customer service. They understood my concerns and kept me in the loop as time went on. They even figured out where I could place the bookshelf I thought wouldn’t have a place in my new spot! 5 stars all the way.

Comment: Our movers were AWESOME! They moved us from a third floor apartment, made a stop to pick up furniture from somewhere else, and then to our new home. They were very quick and made sure to place all the items in the correct bedrooms when moving us in. They even triple checked with us on everything at the end to make sure we didn’t need assistance moving some of the heavy furniture before they left. Comment: Ill start by saying that moving, in general, isnt cheap. That being said, Einstein Moving Company has rates comparable to all the other well-rated moving companies in the area. Whats fantastic about this company though is that no fee is hidden. They are upfront about the pricing, and they didnt purposely try to take longer with the move so that they could make more money.On the day of the move, the guys were there RIGHT on time. They came in and got to work quickly. They were careful yet quick and friendly yet professional. All furniture was wrapped VERY well, and I was extremely pleased with the move from beginning to end. Comment: I have hired Einstein Moving Company to move from a one bedroom to a one bedroom apartment. They are amazing, they did a great job! I had Matisen and Alec. I have arranged everything with an email that confirm me all the details. I did not pay anything before, and as they said, at the end I have paid only the hours of the service. No additional fees. They are really fast. I have finished everything in 2 hours. I suggest to everyone to prepare all the boxes and staff and then they will load everything in 30 minutes/1 hour. They took care of my things by wrapping everything in cloths to avoid damage. Then, in 1 hours they arrived in my new apartment and unload evreything.I strongly suggest these movers to everyone, they render easy my life. Ive already recommended this group to my friends and would absolutely use them again. Excellent movers and persons!

Comment: I found Einstein Moving on Google while searching for a moving company to move my one bedroom apartment. To be honest, I chose them for the cheaper range of quote they provided, and did not expect much quality during the move. I was very nervous and worried at first, but soon realized that I did not have to. The guys that came to move my items were very professional, quick, friendly, and hardworking. They came early to check the path for moving and also how many items I have. They made sure the clock started right when they moved the first item. Every furniture was wrapped well, and they also put protection on the doors to make sure no damage was made. They also had sense of humor, which made us enjoy the time working with them. I also asked them few times to arrange heavy furniture in certain ways, and they accepted every one of my requests without a complaint. At the end of the move, the total came out as very reasonable price. They did not slack off or anything, everything was moved in timely manner. Comment: Overall a great experience. I had this company move my parents because I was not available due to work. From what I was told they are an excellent company with very good movers. The only complaint I am aware of is that they wrap up every piece of furniture, which takes up time when the company is paid by the hour. I think this should be an option to customers as opposed to just being a standard. Once again , over all this is a fantastic company and is highly recommended for your moving needs. Comment: These guys do an awesome job! Setting up the move was very easy and I was sent several emails confirming the move date and time. They even send an email letting you meet your movers so you can get to know who will be handling your furniture before they even get there. We were lucky enough to be scheduled with Christian and Mike. They showed up right when they said they would and took the time to walk through our apartment to game plan and even set up padding to protect the doorways. The best part is that they dont charge you for prep time. The clock doesnt start until the start lifting.Christian and Mike were extremely efficient and took great care moving all of our furniture. They worked the entire time so it didnt feel like the were dragging out the time.We couldnt be happier with our experience with our move and will definitely be using Einstein again in the future. Comment: Dont look for any other moving company in Houston, book Einstein Moving Company now!I was super impressed with my moving experience. My movers Matisen and Robert arrived exactly at the time scheduled (not a minute more!) and they were crazy fast and at the same time super careful with my items. All furniture is wrapped in blankets so that it doesnt get damaged and they organize all boxes and items in the truck very neatly so they will never fall, break or crack. They even had a lot of patience with my dog that was barking the whole time!Plus, they only charge after they start packing stuff, and their rates are the best in the market.What else is there to say? I dont write reviews often, and I had horrible experiences moving to apartments before, but Einstein Moving Company deserves all its praise. If only they had service nationally!

Comment: Einstein Moving Company is by far the best moving company. Their customer service is unparalleled. Robert and Matisen were my movers from San Antonio to Houston. They kept us up to date with their location, traffic issues, etc. from beginning to end. They handled everything with extreme care and went above and beyond. I was afraid of selecting a moving company after several of my friends had horrible experiences with their companies, but all fears were alleviated from the first email with Einstein. Comment: From start to finish, my experience with Einstein Moving was a perfect example of work smarter, not harder through careful planning, thought, preparation, and organization; with a crew half the size of my usual past van line moves, Matisen and Robert A. managed to both load and unload in half the amount of time AND with an additional second stop. A smaller crew and shorter time for the move naturally results in a smaller final price and Einstein came in beautifully under the initial quote and without any of the surprise extra fees that Ive gotten in the past on the invoice at the end of the move. The entire move from Austin [3 story loft with narrow staircases] to Houston was perfect and there were no mistakes as to what was going where [a huge concern of mine, since I cant be there to supervise every little thing and Im really picky] for the unload which involved a stop at both Simply Self Storage and a second floor apt..I also greatly appreciated their flexibility when I had to re-schedule to a later date a week and a half before load up in Austin on my original move date due to interference from work. Communications re: the date change were immediate and the re-schedule itself was easy, smooth, and seamless. Pricing for supplies like boxes and pads for furniture storage were very reasonable compared to the charges for past moves with other moving companies and they have a great policy which would refund part of the initial cost when we fully move from the apt./storage to the new home we are planning to buy. Both Matisen and Robert A. were very professional and great people and were definitely hoping we can get the same crew for the second phase of our Houston move.

I was able to complete 2 stops in the minimum time.They were early to my 8:30 AM move - I took their recommendation to schedule a morning move (more control as you are the first of the day)I am so glad that I took the recommendation of Reddit (of all places) and picked Einstein.
