Comment: Hello, I recently moved a couple of weeks ago & used Easy Moving Co. They had been recommended to me by a niece who had hired them to me. I thought the price they charged was reasonable considering everything you could get with that quote. A moving truck, two people to help load & unload the furniture, etc. padding, dollies, boxes & would even help with packing if one needed the help. I mostly talked with a dispatcher/Rhonda. She was very helpful in explaining the cost, what you would get for that quote, and how any extra cost would be applied if an overrun on time happened. She was extremely polite & friendly to talk to & she made sure that a person understood all of their options in hiring Easy Moving. If a mistake occurred due to the company, they were quick to resolve it to the customers satisfaction. If you were to consider hiring them, I dont think you would go wrong in doing so. I was in an emergency and needed next day, they accommodated that. James and Rhonda were wonderful to speak with. Everything was smooth and straightforward, the price was very fair and much better than any other companies I had spoken with. The movers themselves showed up towards the end of the window provided but were so fast they got everything loaded up before that window was up, they were just as fast when unloading to a second story. I would recommend this company to anybody and am very pleased with the service they provided.

The guys arrived on time and ready to work. Easy sent the right crew who was strong enough to handle the heavy stuff, but willing to tote and move things for me, as needed. Comment: I commissioned them to move family heirloom Drexel Heritage bedroom furniture. They were right on time and very professional. The move was from DFW area to South East Texas. Everything was packed very well. No broken glass (tops for end tables & vintage mahogany mirror). No scuffs on any of my mahogany furniture ( two end tables, headboard, and two piece 8 ft armoire). No stains or rips on bedding (king sized mattress and box springs). Not only did they deliver but they assembled furniture and set it perfectly where I asked. It’s definitely a turnkey operation. No load is too small for them. Definitely recommend!!! Fair, honest, & dependable!!!

Comment: Scheduled the mover for the day before. They set up us right away for a time from 12-2 They arrives a bit later, But we where notified and explained why they where running behind. They came to the ABF terminal where we had a UPACK Reno Cube and Loaded all my stuff up in 9 mins and where on the way to the house. We got there about the same time They unloaded it with great speed and care for my stuff. They put it where i needed or wanted it. Everything arrived safe and sound. They only thing is like i said they where a half an hour past the 2 hour window. Which given the situation it was understandable. Thank you Easy Moving!!! We shall use you again in the future!

She explained everything about what to expect and gave me the time the movers would arrive. I received my written estimate by email as promised and the movers showed up right on time. I was in such a panic and the girl that I talked to in the office reassured me everything would be ok and they would be able to help me that day. She quoted me a very reasonable price and gave me a time for the movers to show up within a few hours!!! I was so excited I started to cry :)....The movers called me when they were on their way and showed up in the time frame that I was given. When they arrived they were so kind and made me feel so comfortable about my move. They loaded up all my stuff onto their moving truck and drove to my storage unit. I watched them move each piece of furniture and they were so cautious and gentle with my personal belongings. After they finished I signed off on the contract, and received a copy of my own. I thanked them so much and tipped them. They dont have any idea how much they have helped. I love this company from the office girls to the movers. Keep up the great job.
